I am very satisfied - have great contact and they are super knowledgeable and supportive.

They are accessible, but busy and cannot always be present mentors. They do provide feedback however

Some managers are great and give constructive feedback. Others do not provide you with proper instructions and then do not provide feedback so you never understand what you did right or wrong on a job.

All managers are extremely knowledgeable and also have time to answer any questions. They do not create a sense of hierarchy or control within the office

Its really nice, I can talk to my one on one very easily and also partners are very friendly as well.

Very transparent, and can answer any questions at any times (as long as not in a meeting or in something urgent).

Unfortunately, RAS only has one manager, a new manager will be added to the team but at this point in time the only manager isn't particularly approachable and many of the team members have expressed that his consideration will be more towards KPIs rather than helping staff members deal with current and developing situations

Very accessible, good mentors, communication is tailored to the individual they are communicating with and their preferred communication style (fluffed up vs more direct and straightforward)

They provide more than enough time and training to make us feel comfortable with the work. Also opens up our perspective to think of how to do the work, instead of following the steps blindly.
