Creating software that empowers everyone from small startups to the who’s who of tech is why Atlassian Australia is here. They build tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Trello to help teams across the world become more nimble, creative, and aligned—collaboration is the heart of every product they dream of at Atlassian.

Your role

  • Gain valuable exposure to the design and product development process as your concept, design, and deliver powerful experiences.
  • Be a trusted design partner amongst forward-thinking peers of product managers and engineers who will look to you to guide them in creating harmonious user experiences and design.

Training & development

Atlassian's Graduate program is designed to provide new graduates with real-world experiences to help them achieve professional goals and personal dreams. In your first month, you’ll join your fellow grads for their Chapter One program - two weeks of grad-specific onboarding built just for you. You’ll have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with all of your peers, dive into training, and enjoy some “playing, as a team,” along the way.
