Life at Altis as a Graduate  
 
You will be supported with a structured training program over a 24-month period. This is an opportunity to be hands-on whilst learning key skills and technologies along the way. Our program is built with the aim of getting you through select training and courses, as well as working directly with our clients and internal consultants on exciting projects with the support of experienced Altis team members.   
 
In addition to supporting you to succeed, we will look to align your short and long-term career aspirations and interests by giving you the opportunities to develop and achieve your goals.    

 As a graduate, you will learn how to challenge the status quo and understand business requirements whilst translating them into solutions that deliver actionable insights. You will be working on Data projects, expanding your knowledge on the entire development lifecycle, requirement analysis, planning, design, development, testing, and deployment with the end goal to develop or streamline how organisations harness data by adding value and purpose.

We’re looking for individuals who have a curious mind, the ability to adapt to moving and at times fast environments, drive for results, are resilient, a problem solver, and an individual who shows initiative on a daily basis.  Our program is built with the aim of getting you through select training and courses as well as working directly with our clients on exciting projects. As such, having a technical background will help you start off on the right foot.

Desired skills and experience:

• Hands-on software or application development experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
• Foundation skills in SQL and relational databases
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Initiative and eagerness to try new approaches
• Ability to learn and use new technologies quickly & effectively
• Learning quickly when facing new problems, analysing both successes and failures for clues to improvement
